Refund policy

At Flawless Collectibles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days to request a return, starting from the delivery date of the last item in your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Return Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees

We offer free return shipping for all eligible returns. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We do not charge any restocking fees.

3. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order free of charge at any time until the item is fulfilled. Since our standard order handling time is 0 to 1 business days, please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. Once the item has been fulfilled and handed over to the carrier for its 3 to 7 days in transit, we can no longer cancel the order, but you can initiate a standard return upon delivery.

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

5. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
