Shipping policy
Processing and Handling Time
All orders placed on our website undergo a standard processing and handling time of 0 to 1 business days, operating Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or observed holidays will be processed the following business day. The daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST); orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.
Transit and Delivery Time
Once your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, the estimated delivery transit time is 3 to 7 business days across the United States. Please note that transit times may occasionally vary due to carrier delays, severe weather, or high peak season volumes.
Shipping Costs and Destinations
We currently ship to addresses located within the United States. Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated and clearly displayed during the checkout process before you complete your purchase, ensuring complete transparency with no unexpected fees.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order has been packaged and dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey in real time. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier's tracking system to update with initial scan information.
Damaged or Missing Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or if you experience an unusual delay with your delivery, please inspect the package and contact our support team right away. We will work directly with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue, arrange a replacement, or issue a full refund in accordance with our return guidelines.
